QuickTextPaste is a very handy and free application that lets you assign keystrokes to type the desired texts so that if there is a specific phrase that you have to type repeatedly, you can instead of wasting time typing it with just one Click to do this. Even if this text is your email address, you have saved at least three seconds.
After downloading Quick Paste from the Options menu, select Start with Windows and select Minimize to tray if Close to always run in the background.
To use this program, simply enter your text in the text and the combination key you want in the bottom, so that each time you press this combination key, your duplicate text will be in your place.
